SERMAC had presented during last exhibition INTERMAT 2015 the concrete pump 5Z36-SCL150AHP mounted on truck RENAULT KERAX 380 - 6x4 and the concrete pump 5RZ46-SCL150AHP mounted on truck MERCEDES AROCS 32.42 - 8x4.

The truck mounted concrete pump model Zenith 5Z36, showed at the exhibition in Paris, is a compact equipment totally designed (FEM), developed and produced by SERMAC. The distributor boom with its linear and lightweight design, with all pipeline diameter of 125 mm (5"), is made by 5 sections: "Z" folding type, max height from the ground 35,3 m, max horizontal reach 31,3 m, max downward reach -24,7 m. Furthermore, the minimum height opening of only 6,75 m, makes the 5Z36 ideal for concrete casting also in enclosed areas with greatest flexibility and precision of movement. The stabilization system is designed with front telescopic outriggers "X" open and rear outriggers "horizontal" open.

The extremely high torsional stiffness of frame ensures an optimum stabilization area compared with the performance of boom: front opening 6,3 m, rear opening 6 m and lateral opening 6,8 m. Excellent is the assembly on 3 axles truck with wheelbase 3.900 mm through the optimization of load distribution as guarantee of an excellent road holding and a better handling even in small spaces. The gravity centre of machine makes possible the combination with 6x4 vehicles with short wheelbase.

The truck mounted concrete pump model Sirio 5RZ46 - Superlight offers solutions of latest generation and has been totally designed (FEM), developed and produced by SERMAC. The distributor boom with its linear and lightweight design, with all pipeline diameter of 125 mm (5"), is made by 5 sections: "RZ" folding type, max height from the ground 45,1 m, max horizontal reach 41,1 m, max downward reach -33,1 m. The 5RZ46 is ideal for concrete casting also in open areas with greatest flexibility and precision of movement. The stabilization system is designed of front telescopic outriggers "X" open and "swing-out" rear outriggers.

The extremely high torsional stiffness of frame ensures an optimum stabilization area compared with the performance of boom: front opening 8,3 m, rear opening 8 m and lateral opening 8 m. Excellent assembly on 4 axles truck with wheelbase 5.150 mm through the optimization of load distribution as guarantee of an excellent road holding and a better manage on jobsite.

Both pumps has hydraulic circuit is "open" type, whereas the pumping group is able to output concrete up to 149 m³/h with pressure up to 76 bar and automatic wear compensation system between plate and ring.

Finally, last but not least, the use of Swedish origin special steel, joined to the construction technology used by our internal R&D department, have allowed to achieve a gross vehicle weight lower than limit of 26 ton (5Z36) and 32 ton (5RZ46), then a very good compromise cost-benefit without requiring the use of composite materials.
